1. 30‑Day Easy Returns

Changed your mind or the piece doesn’t fit your space? We get it. You’re welcome to return most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Simply reach out to our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping is kindly covered by you, and once we receive and gently inspect the piece, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your shell tray arrives cracked or your crystal bracelet is damaged during transit, we’ll make it right — quickly and thoughtfully. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few clear photos showing the damage and the original box. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. In most cases, there’s no need to send the original piece back.

3. Bracelet Size Exchange

Finding the perfect fit for your healing crystal bracelet is important. If your bracelet doesn’t sit quite right, we offer one complimentary size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Just let us know your preferred size, and we’ll send the replacement once we’ve confirmed the original is on its way back. This one is on us — because your comfort matters.

4. Non‑Returnable Items

A few cherished pieces can’t be returned due to their intimate or bespoke nature. These include personalized shell art, custom‑engraved crystal bracelets, limited‑edition collections, and any items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non‑returnable. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask our team before placing your order — we’re happy to help.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned piece reaches us, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it’s still in pristine condition. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 5–15 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method. If you’d prefer store credit, we’ll happily add an extra 10% as a little thank you for choosing something new from our collection.

6. How To Start A Return

Starting a return is easy and takes just a few moments. Follow the steps below, and our support team will take care of the rest.

  1. Reach out — Email us at support@thedailyuse.com with your order number and a brief note about the reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond — Within 24 business hours, you’ll receive a return authorization and clear shipping instructions.
  3. Pack thoughtfully — Place the unused item in its original, undamaged packaging with all inserts and tags. For shell trays, please add extra cushioning around delicate edges.
  4. Ship it back — Use a trackable shipping method of your choice. Return shipping costs are covered by you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  5. We’ll handle the rest — Once we receive and approve the return, your refund or exchange will be on its way.

A note on natural materials — Shell trays and crystal bracelets are handcrafted from natural materials. Gentle variations in color, texture, and pattern are part of their story — making every single piece uniquely yours. These are not considered flaws, but rather the quiet evidence of nature’s artistry.
