1. Processing & Delivery Times

We prepare your order with attention to detail. Most pieces are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after you place an order. During peak seasons or for larger orders, it may take up to 3 business days — we’ll always keep you informed. Once on its way, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the contiguous US.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 (after discounts, before tax) within the contiguous United States. No code needed — just add your favorites to cart and we’ll handle the rest. For orders below $99, a flat rate based on weight and destination will be calculated at checkout, so you’ll always see the cost before confirming your purchase.

3. Packaging & Product Care

Shell trays are naturally delicate, so each one is wrapped in soft, eco‑friendly cushioning and placed in a sturdy box to prevent movement. Crystal bracelets are gently secured on velvet cards and protected with tissue paper. We choose packaging that reflects the quality of what’s inside — minimal, elegant, and safe for the journey.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our studio, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate. If you haven’t seen an update after a day, check your spam folder or reach out to us — we’re always happy to check on your order for you.

5. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional surcharges may apply for non‑contiguous addresses). At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or US territories such as Guam, American Samoa, and the US Virgin Islands. We hope to expand soon — if your location isn’t covered, please write to us and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

6. Undeliverable Packages & Lost Items

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned to us, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment. Any reshipping costs will be kindly covered by you. In the rare event a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us within 3 business days if your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it — we’ll investigate right away.
